Infection control
Every clinic carries an on-site autoclave for sterilising instruments, single-use disposables wherever possible, and surface disinfection between every patient. Our protocols follow ADA infection-control guidelines and are audited regularly.
Child-safe practice
We operate under a documented Child Safe Policy aligned with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. Children are never alone with a clinician without a second adult present, and educators or carers are always welcome to stay.
Working With Children Checks
Every Pearly team member who attends a site holds a current, verified Working With Children Check (WWCC) for their state. We re-verify clearances annually and on renewal.
Emergency protocols
Our clinicians are trained in medical emergency response and first aid, and every clinic carries emergency equipment. We coordinate with your site's first-aid officer and emergency procedures before each visit.
Documentation on request
We're happy to provide our infection-control policy, Child Safe Policy, insurance certificates and staff clearance summaries to any centre before a visit. Just ask your coordinator. (Policy details shown are representative pending your final published documents.)
