You get in touch

Tell us your enrolment numbers and preferred term. We confirm availability and assign your coordinator quickly.

We send digital consent

Families receive a secure link to app.pearly.au. They complete consent and medical history online (a paper form is available too). We send the reminders and track every return.

We check eligibility

Our team confirms CDBS eligibility for every child, so there are no billing surprises for families on the day.

The dental van arrives

Our fully-equipped dental van parks on-site. Classes come out in short slots, with a built-in oral-health lesson, for minimal disruption.

Children are seen & treated

Check-ups, fluoride, sealants and most fillings are done on the day, inside the van. Anything complex is referred with clear written notes.

Reports & billing, handled

Every family gets a written report. We bulk-bill Medicare directly and send your school a summary. You never touch an invoice.
