We're building a clinical team that values access as much as quality. Our work is delivered on-site at schools and centres, which shapes a working life that's a little different from a fixed practice.

  • School-friendly daytime hours. Visits run during the school day, so the schedule is built around weekdays and daytime work.
  • Varied sites each week. Different schools and centres, different communities, a change of scenery rather than the same four walls.
  • A supported, accredited environment. Mobile doesn't mean lesser. You work within accredited clinical and safety standards, with a team around you.
  • Genuinely meaningful work. You spend your days helping kids, many of whom would otherwise go without, build a positive relationship with dental care.

Roles we hire for

We don't always have a specific vacancy advertised, but we hire for these roles on an ongoing basis and welcome expressions of interest at any time. Clinical roles require current AHPRA registration and a valid Working With Children Check.

Dentist

Provide check-ups, fillings and other treatment for children on-site. AHPRA registration as a dentist and a Working With Children Check are required.

Clinical role

Oral Health Therapist

Deliver preventive and therapeutic care for children within your scope of practice. AHPRA registration and a Working With Children Check are required.

Clinical role

Dental Assistant

Support the clinical team chairside and help keep visits calm and well-run for kids. A Working With Children Check is required.

Clinical support

Visit Coordinator

Organise visits with schools and centres, manage consent and scheduling, and keep the day running smoothly. A Working With Children Check is required.
